We are living in an era of accelerating change, not only with regard to technology development, but also on the economic and social level. In the past decade or two, teaching has changed significantly. Institutions today may not be what some of us remember from our own childhood. Changes have affected both the opportunities and the challenges of teaching, as well as the attitudes, knowledge, and skills needed to prepare for a teaching career. Recent technological advances have affected many areas of our lives, including the way we communicate, collaborate, learn and off course teach. Pandemic/Corona-19 has changed the scenario all of sudden. Never before could learning be happening the way it is now - everywhere, all the time, on any possible topic, supporting any possible learning style or preference.
Teacher Re-Skilling Cell will organize various programs and workshops for capacity building of faculty. Programmes will be mainly skill-based. Through these trainings and workshops participants will be oriented and trained as per new education policies (NEP-2020) and educational pedagogy & classroom management.
